Acceptable Use of Frameworks
All prompt logic, engineering blueprints, and architectural analysis presented on ModelAI are for educational and professional consulting exploration. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to adapt these frameworks for internal organizational use, provided that ModelAI remains cited as the source of the foundational logic.
Redistribution of our proprietary prompt libraries as a standalone product or within a competing "prompt-as-a-service" platform is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from our Montreal offices.
Availability & Uptime
ModelAI facilitates guidance on third-party AI systems. We do not guarantee the uptime of external API providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta). Your access to these models is subject to their independent terms and technical reliability.

AI Output Responsibility
ModelAI provides structural engineering for prompts, not final content. The user assumes full responsibility for the outputs generated by any LLM used in conjunction with our methodologies. This includes ensuring compliance with local laws, ethical guidelines, and accuracy verification protocols.
We do not claim 100% accuracy. Generative systems are probabilistic by nature. Users must implement "Human-in-the-loop" verification for all production workflows developed through our consulting services.

The "ModelAI" brand, its logo, and site architecture are protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized mirroring or reproduction of the site's educational pathing is prohibited.
- Code snippets provided in tutorials are public domain.
- Full consulting blueprints remain the property of ModelAI until fully transferred via separate agreement.
Governance & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of ModelAI's consulting or educational resources shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Montréal, Quebec. We reserve the right to terminate access for users engaging in adversarial prompting meant to circumvent safety filters or harvest proprietary logic.
